Position Overview

Shozon is seeking a visionary, high-execution Managing Director to serve as our "Acting Founder." In this role, you won't just manage from a distance; you will roll up your sleeves and take full ownership of the company’s trajectory. You will oversee daily operations, build and lead our team, drive aggressive business development, and lead the expansion of our ecosystem by identifying and integrating affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & General Management
End-to-End Execution: Own the daily operations of Shozon, establishing processes where they don't exist and optimizing them where they do.

Crisis & Problem Solving: Act as the ultimate roadblock-remover for the company, tackling challenges with a founder’s mindset.

2. Team Leadership & Culture
Recruitment & Retention: Hire, onboard, and retain top-tier talent across operations, sales, and product.

Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, foster a high-accountability culture, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.

Culture Carrier: Define and champion the core values, energy, and work ethic of Shozon.

3. Collaboration Development & Revenue Growth
Strategic Growth: Identify and grow B2B revenue streams, and strategic partnerships to scale the brand.

Sales Pipeline Leadership: Directly lead and participate in high-stakes B2B sales, negotiations, and client acquisitions.

Brand Advocacy: Serve as the public face and chief evangelist for Shozon in the market.

Qualifications & Experience
The "Founder" DNA: Proven experience as a startup founder, co-founder, early-stage executive, or GM who has built businesses from scratch.


Ecosystem Builder: Experience in corporate development, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, or managing affiliate/franchise networks is highly preferred.

Leadership: Exceptional people management skills with a history of building high-performing, agile teams.

Agility: A "no task is too small" attitude combined with the ability to think at a 10,000-foot strategic level.
