*Key Responsibilities*
- Conduct comprehensive snagging and property inspections on new and existing developments
- Identify structural, mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic defects during inspections
- Use advanced inspection tools including thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters
- Prepare detailed, professional snagging reports with photographs and findings
- Liaise with developers, contractors, and clients to communicate and follow up on defect resolutions
- Ensure all inspections comply with RERA, DED, and UAE construction quality standards
- Manage multiple inspections daily with punctuality and professionalism
- Support clients with post-handover snagging and follow-up visits

*Requirements*
- Minimum 15 years of experience in property snagging, inspection, or construction quality control
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction standards, and handover processes
- Proficiency in using snagging software, thermal imaging equipment, and inspection tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license
- InterNACHI, RICS, or equivalent property inspection certification (preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality inspection reports
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy inspection schedule
