-Supervise daily civil construction work on site -Assign tasks and manage workers/subcontractors -Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety rules -Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance -Monitor material usage and request supplies as needed -Coordinate with engineers and other trades -Prepare daily progress and manpower reports
Requirements:
-5+ years of experience as civil foreman in residential buildings -Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices -Ability to read drawings and lead a team effectively -Good communication and problem‑solving skills
