As we look to accelerate our digital presence, we are seeking a creative and car-loving Social Media Marketing Specialist to tell our story, showcase our work, and engage with Dubai’s vibrant automotive community.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a content creator and strategist who knows how to make "engine oil and brake pads" look exciting. You will be responsible for managing all our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google My Business), creating high-quality visual content, and driving bookings through creative digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos (Reels/TikToks) of cars being serviced, "before & after" transformations, and behind-the-scenes team moments.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with seasonal promotions (e.g., AC summer check-ups, holiday specials).
Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to convert followers into customers.
Paid Ads: Set up and monitor basic Meta Ad campaigns to drive traffic to our service center.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify and reach out to local automotive influencers and car clubs in Dubai for partnerships.
Analytics: Track engagement, growth, and lead generation, providing monthly reports on what’s working.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Experience in the Automotive or Technical Services sector is a huge plus).
Visual Skills: Proven ability to shoot and edit mobile video (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere) and design graphics (Canva/Photoshop).
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the Instagram and TikTok algorithms.
Copywriting: Ability to write catchy, professional captions in English (Arabic is a major advantage).
Knowledge: A genuine interest in cars. You should know the difference between a ceramic coating and a minor service!
Location: Must be based in Dubai and able to visit the service center daily for content capture.
