We pride ourselves on being the "emergency heroes" for drivers across the UAE. Our goal is to be the first name people think of when they have a car trouble, and we need a creative SMM Manager to make that happen.

Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy SMM Manager who can turn technical car services into engaging, viral, and trustworthy digital content. Your mission is to grow our online community, increase brand awareness, and—most importantly—drive "emergency" leads through Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities
On-the-Go Content: Visit service sites to capture "rescue" moments—filming quick battery swaps, jump-starts, and customer testimonials for TikTok and Reels.
Platform Management: Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google My Business.
Lead Generation: Create "Call to Action" content that encourages drivers in distress to call our hotline immediately.
Educational Series: Create "Car Care Tips" (e.g., "How to save your battery in the Dubai heat") to position us as experts.
Community Management: Respond to urgent comments and DMs to assist customers in real-time.
Ad Campaigns: Manage small-to-medium budgets for Meta Ads targeting specific Dubai neighborhoods.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1+ years in SMM, specifically for service-based industries.
Video Guru: Advanced skills in mobile video editing (CapCut/TikTok/Reels) with a focus on fast-paced, "trending" styles.
Copywriting: Ability to write punchy, urgent, and helpful captions in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
Agility: Must be able to move quickly, capture content on-site, and stay ahead of social media trends.
Results-Driven: Understanding of how to track "Book Now" clicks and lead conversions.
