Hiring: Tile & Block Mason cum Driver

Location: Dubai, UAE

Aram Building Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Tile & Block Mason cum Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have experience in tile installation, block work, and masonry for residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret construction drawings and layouts.
Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and other types of floor and wall tiles.
Measure, cut, and fit tiles to the required specifications.
Prepare surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and applying adhesives or mortar.
Construct block walls, partitions, and other masonry works according to project requirements.
Repair or replace damaged tiles, blocks, and masonry structures.
Mix mortar, cement, grout, and other construction materials.
Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing of tile installations.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow all safety regulations and company procedures on-site.
Drive company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and personnel to project sites when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of GCC/UAE experience as a Tile & Block Mason.
Experience in residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Skilled in using tile cutting machines, masonry tools, and power tools.
Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques, block work, waterproofing, and finishing.
Good mathematical and measurement skills.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in demanding environments.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
