**Job Responsibilities:**

* Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
* Support daily hotel operations across assigned departments
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest and public areas
* Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
* Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, and other hotel departments
* Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
* Follow hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards
* Perform assigned duties efficiently and professionally

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service role is an advantage
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Team player with a customer-focused approach
* Immediate joiners preferred
