The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, consulting potential clients, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will act as the first point of contact for clients interested in our services.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from potential clients.
Promote company formation, visa, immigration, and travel services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Stay updated on company services, promotions, and industry developments.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, or Tagalog are an advantage.
Experience in Business Setup, Immigration, Visa, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or Travel industries is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
