I have a wealth of experience working with clients and projects in the UAE,Middle East,UK,US. I have worked with clients such as STC BAHRAIN, STC SAUDIA, Dubai Municipality to name a few. Just to share a brief about my experience so far,I bring 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst /Project Manager / MIS Reporting Analyst working on Telecom,digital platforms,Data Analytics , AI/data initiatives, and enterprise systems across the Middle East, UK, and US. My experience includes working closely with regional telecom,Govt ,SME and C-Level technology stakeholders, where I have led requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and end-to-end business and system analysis for data-driven digital transformation initiatives. In my roles, I have frequently acted as the bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, technical vendors and technical teams, translating complex business and regulatory requirements into clear business, functional, and system specifications to support successful product delivery. I have successfully analyzed customer data, pipelines, and service metrics to drive insights for Business,SME and C-Level Executive stakeholders. I have supported end-to-end CRM project lifecycle (Data,Reporting and Analytics).
