I’m an IT Support and Infrastructure professional with 3+ years of experience delivering user-focused technical support across telecom, real estate, and e-commerce sectors in the UAE. I handle L1 and assist in L2 issues, manage endpoints, and work across Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and basic Microsoft 365 administration. I resolve issues onsite and remotely using tools like RDP, AnyDesk, and TeamViewer, and I’m familiar with systems like Citrix, and VMware. I also support ITSM tasks, asset tracking, patching, and endpoint security. Known for being analytical, empathetic, and reliable, I’m currently pursuing CCNA to strengthen my network skills and grow further in IT support and System administration roles.
