I’m a proactive and adaptable professional with over 5 years of diverse experience spanning Event Management, IT/Customer Support, and now Sales & Marketing. My career has been rooted in high-pressure, client-facing roles where communication, organization, and fast problem-solving have been key to delivering success. With 3 years in event management, I’ve handled end-to-end operations — from planning and vendor coordination to execution and post-event analysis. Transitioning into IT/Customer Support for 1.5 years, I provided real-time assistance through live chat and CRM systems, guiding users through technical issues with clarity and empathy. Recently, I’ve taken on the role of Sales and Marketing Specialist, where I actively pitch to vendors, negotiate contracts, coordinate with clients, and contribute to digital marketing efforts.
