With over 8 years of experience leading enterprise IAM programs in large, complex environments, I bring strong expertise in IAM strategy, governance, implementation, and operations aligned with business and security objectives. Currently, I serve as Manager – IDAM Global Solution - Majid Al Futtaim, where I lead end-to-end IAM initiatives across multi-country operations. My role includes IAM strategy definition, lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, SoD controls, privileged access integration, and authoritative source data readiness. I have successfully worked with platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure AD, and HR systems like SuccessFactors. I have a proven track record of collaborating with security, HR, IT, audit, and compliance teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions that meet regulatory requirements and reduce access risk. My experience includes IAM roadmap development, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, KPI definition, and driving IAM maturity aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOX/ITGC controls.
