Position: Software Development (IT / Hardware & Software Development)

I started my professional journey as a QA Tester, gaining hands-on experience in manual testing, bug reporting (Jira, ClickUp), and understanding different testing approaches. I then moved into Frontend Development, where I was responsible for designing and implementing responsive marketing websites, with a strong focus on performance and SEO optimization. For the last few years, I have been working primarily as a Java Developer in a large corporate environment within the financial and insurance sector. As a Junior Java Developer and later Java Developer, I focused on backend development, building and integrating APIs (REST and SOAP), writing unit and integration tests, and participating in CI/CD processes using tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, and Stash. I also contributed to improving test automation by implementing automated tests with Playwright and worked closely with large, cross-functional teams. In addition to my technical background, I have experience as an IT Teacher, conducting classes for children and teenagers, which helped me further develop my communication and mentoring skills. I also gained valuable leadership and organizational experience as a Team Leader during a large concert tour, managing logistics and team coordination under time pressure. I completed my role at Allianz Polska in August 2025 and am currently open to new opportunities where I can further grow as a Java Developer or contribute in a related backend or full-stack role.
