In my current and previous roles, I have supported enterprise environments using Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Zscaler (ZIA/ZCC). My experience includes user onboarding and offboarding, access management, MFA support, VPN troubleshooting, incident escalation, and SLA-driven support through tools like ServiceNow and SolarWinds. I have also contributed to process improvement by creating SOPs and knowledge base articles, which helped improve team efficiency and service quality.
