Assistant Engineer manufacturing professional with expertise in automotive Vertical component manufacturing, focused on continuous improvement, production efficiency, and quality excellence. Strong in team collaboration, problem-solving, and process optimization, with hands-on knowledge of NC programming, GD&T, limit fits & tolerances, and bottleneck identification. Experienced in manufacturing processes, control plans, SOPs, WIP management, and lean manufacturing tools including Six Sigma (DMAIC), SPC, OEE, TPM, 5S, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis, driving yield improvement and operational excellence.
