Al Sahir General Contracting Est. is looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Site Supervisor to join our team in the UAE.
🔹 Position: MEP Site Supervisor
🔹 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
🔹 Salary: To be discuss based on your work experience & work expertise
🔹 Employment: Full-Time
🔹 Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law.
🔹 The Candidate must have Valid Driver License.
📋 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* 3–5 years of experience in MEP projects.
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and AC works.
* Experience in supervising site activities and coordinating with technicians, subcontractors, and project engineers.
* Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
* Knowledge of UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
* UAE experience is preferred.
* With a valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
* Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage site teams effectively.
🛠️ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervise and monitor daily MEP site activities to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and approved drawings.
* Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams.
* Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and execution of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and AC works.
* Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the project site.
* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and work delays.
* Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on site activities.
* Ensure that all work is completed on schedule and in accordance with UAE regulations.
