Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented **Female Telesales Officer** to join our manpower company. The candidate will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to manpower suppliers and relevant contacts, collecting specific information as required by the company, and conducting regular follow-ups.

### Key Responsibilities

* Make **continuous outbound calls** to manpower suppliers and relevant contacts.
* Collect specific manpower-related information according to company requirements.
* Contact new suppliers and develop a database of reliable contacts.
* Clearly communicate the company's requirements.
* Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and information collected.
* Prepare daily calling and activity reports.
* Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
* Coordinate with the internal team and provide timely updates.
* Handle telephone conversations professionally and represent the company positively.

### Candidate Requirements

* **Female candidates only.**
* **Age: 30–40 years.**
* **Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.**
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable making a **high volume of calls continuously**.
* Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
* Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
* Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and data entry.
* Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, recruitment, manpower, or customer service is an advantage.
* UAE experience is preferred.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
