AC Duct & Coil Cleaner

Job description

Adams Care Technical Services LLC is looking for experienced and dedicated AC Duct, Coil & Water Tank Cleaner to join our growing team. Candidates with relevant UAE experience who can join immediately are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize AC air ducts using professional equipment and approved methods.
• Perform cleaning of AC cooling coils, evaporator coils, condenser coils, and blower units.
• Clean and disinfect domestic and commercial water storage tanks.
• Remove dust, dirt, mold, bacteria, and other contaminants from HVAC systems.
• Assemble and dismantle duct access panels when required.
• Operate duct cleaning machines, vacuum systems, air compressors, and other specialized tools safely.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect HVAC systems before and after cleaning and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently within the scheduled time.
• Maintain cleanliness of the worksite before, during, and after service.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to safety guidelines.
• Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Assist technicians during maintenance and cleaning operations when required.
• Record completed work and report any damaged or faulty components.
• Maintain company tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients.
• Work at residential, commercial, and industrial sites as assigned.
• Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or emergency shifts when required.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate with team members.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a professional appearance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality cleaning services.
• Report any safety hazards immediately.
• Support other technical cleaning services when assigned by management.
• Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in AC Duct, Coil & Water Tank Cleaning.
• Good knowledge of HVAC duct cleaning equipment and procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights when required.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
