Property Consultant (Primary/Secondary)

Job description

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Off-Plan properties from Dubai's leading developers as well as Secondary Market properties.
- Handle and convert company-generated leads while building your own client network.
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations.
- Advise buyers and investors on market trends, pricing, ROI, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Generate and manage property listings for sales and rentals.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Stay up to date with Dubai's property market, communities, and new project launches.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.

What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in Off-Plan, Secondary Market, Leasing, or Rentals OR
- Freshers with a proven sales background in luxury retail, automotive sales, banking, insurance, hospitality, telecommunications, or other target-driven customer-facing industries who are looking to transition into Dubai real estate.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
- Fluency in English; multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle are advantageous but not mandatory.
- RERA certification is an advantage but not required.
