With 25+ years of experience, l've led end-to-end revenue/ AR operations billing governance, reconciliations, ageing management, dispute resolution, internal controls, and audit readiness across 24 shopping malls, supporting AED 3.5B annual lease revenue and 4,000+ customer accounts, while leading teams of 27+ FTE.
