My name is Aman Kumar, and I am currently in the final year of my MBA with a specialization in Finance and Operations at the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Over the course of my academic and professional journey, I have developed a robust foundation in finance and operations management, complemented by practical exposure through diverse internships and leadership experiences. I recently completed an operations internship at Larsen & Toubro (L&T), where I gained hands-on experience in operational planning and execution. My prior internship at UTCL provided me with a deep understanding of financial management, including MIS reporting, GST compliance, and budgeting processes. I also worked as a Management Trainee at IndusInd Pioneer, where I honed my skills in wealth management, market research, and investment strategy development. Additionally, during my internship in Supply Chain Management, I gained valuable insights into demand forecasting, inventory control, and supplier relationship management.
