Chartered Accountant with 19 years of experience in financial reporting, risk and control analysis, MIS, budgetary controls and taxation.  Dealt with multifunctional teams, various internal/ external stakeholders – including investors, lenders, shareholders, auditors, management, employees, various govt. and regulatory departments  Handled corporate events like corporate debt restructuring (CDR), public listing into an initial public offering (IPO), equity infusion by PE fund, ESOPs  Core strength in resolving complex taxation matters (both direct and indirect) A team leader, naturally leading to skills in people management, and efficiency in managing day to day operations in tandem with supervising staff.
