Sakina Kapadia is a recently qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience as a trainee in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax division @PwC. Throughout her tenure, she has gained exposure to various aspects of deal advisory. Sakina has worked on a wide range of assignments, including conducting tax due diligence for both buy and sell-side transactions, providing transaction advisory services for internal/group restructuring, shareholding realignment, and supporting third-party deals. She has also been involved in providing implementation support to clients, reviewing transaction documents to facilitate deal execution.She is skilled in analysing tax and regulatory implications, preparing critical documents, and coordinating with stakeholders. Eager to expand her professional growth, Sakina is now looking to explore new opportunities in UAE, leveraging the competitive skills she has developed in M&A.
