As a highly skilled and detail-focused professional with over 12 years of expertise in building construction/infrastructure contract management, IPC billing, construction management, quality assurance, and quality control. My background includes successfully managing teams, processes, and initiatives to drive continuous quality control efforts and improvements. Through my experience, I have amassed a breadth of knowledge in program implementation, procedural development, and full regulatory compliance. Additionally, my proven success in training, coaching, and supervising QA teams positions me to make a significant and positive impact on any organization. Overall management, planning, Site supervision, project control, procurement, Meeting with Clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, coordination & correspondence with project teams and other stakeholders, etc. Review of project scope, deliverables, technical specifications, design drawings, RFI, CVR, document submittal, negotiation with sub-contractors/vendors, preparation of construction methodology, developing sequence of works, project planning, leading project teams, Follow up with Consultant for shop drawings, material submittal/approval. Procurement, site inspection, assist & guide QA/QC, estimation team, follow design changes, claim, temporary works, health & safety at site. Oversaw QA team members to ensure full understanding of internal procedures and drive effective integration of processes analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication talents.
