My name is Soby C S, and I am currently working as an Office Administrator cum HR at AL Haffar Technical Works LLC in Dubai. I hold an MBA in FINANCE & HR from Kalam Technological University, along with a Bachelor’s in Commerce. Over the past few years, I have built strong experience in administration, HR, and office management. My current role involves handling day-to-day office operations, preparing salaries and WPS, managing invoices and VAT submissions, renewing company licenses, coordinating visa and labor card processes, and ensuring smooth office documentation and client coordination which includes preparing quotations, monthly invoices and payment follow ups. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, office coordination, and financial management tools like Tally, and I am fluent in English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi, which helps me interact effectively with colleagues and clients from different backgrounds. I’m really excited about the opportunity and I look forward to contributing my skills and energy.
