Position: Customer Service / Call Centre

I have more than 5+ years of experience in customer support in Mumbai, India. I have handled customers from the USA, UK, and Australia for companies such as Sky TV, Vodafone, and Barclays Bank. I also have experience using CRM and Oracle tools. My last role was as a Relationship Officer at Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai from 2021 to May 2025. My responsibilities included: • Calling clients through references • Cold calling • Visiting companies to generate business • Managing kiosk setup and customer interaction I have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
