Position: Data Management & Analysis

Dear Sir or Ma'am, I am writing to express my interest in the position at your organisation. As a UAE resident with 17 years of professional experience across aviation, customer service, hospitality and executive support, I am confident I can make a valuable contribution to your team. For the past 12.8 years I have worked with IndiGo Airlines as a Lead Flight Attendant and Trainer. In this role I led cabin teams, trained and mentored crew, and consistently upheld high standards of safety, service and professionalism. This experience has given me strong skills in customer service, team leadership and staying calm and effective under pressure. Earlier in my career, I spent 2 years as Executive Assistant to a Senior Vice President at Max New York Life, where I supported senior leadership with confidentiality, organisation and attention to detail. I also spent 2 years as a Customer Care Officer at Convergys India Ltd., where I resolved customer queries and built a solid foundation in client communication. I am dedicated, enthusiastic and customer-focused, and I take pride in building positive relationships with both colleagues and customers. My diverse background, strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence would allow me to adapt quickly and add value to your organisation. Thank you for considering my application. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience can support your team, and I look forward to hearing from you.
