A Master of Business Administration post graduate in HR and Marketing where she gained valuable knowledge and skills in various aspects of HR management, such as talent acquisition, performance appraisal, employee engagement, and HR analytics. She also honed organization and leadership skills through her involvement in the Synergy Club, where she served as the President of Human Resources. In this role, she used to oversee the planning and execution of various HR-related events and activities for the club members and the university community. Her goal is to become a competent and compassionate HR leader who can make a positive impact on the lives and careers of others.
