I am a civil lawyer with 9 years of professional experience, practicing in Bhopal and associated with a reputed law firm. For the past 7 years, I have been empanelled with a leading real estate group, where I lead a legal team handling end-to-end civil litigation, RERA matters, and regulatory compliances. My role includes conducting land title searches and due diligence for land procurement, as well as drafting, vetting, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including agreements, MOUs, and contracts. Recently, I have also been closely involved in the group’s diversification into battery recycling projects and the launch of a Hilton hotel, independently preparing, scrutinizing, and negotiating all requisite legal documentation.
